Your registration is valid and automatically accepted once we receive the full entry fee correctly and without additional charges within 10 days of your registration.

If we do not receive your payment within 10 days, your registration will be canceled!

Check-In Requirements:

Your VESPA ALP DAYS participant number, which you will receive in the VESPA ALP DAYS info emails.

Each participant must check in personally – checking in for multiple people is not allowed!

You will find the VESPA ALP DAYS check-in again at the Ice Rink/Indoor Pool in Zell am See.

It is located behind the large parking lot, right next to the JET gas station!

For the VESPA ALP DAYS Main Days:

📅 Thursday, June 5, 2025 – 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

📅 Friday, June 6, 2025 – 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

📅 Saturday, June 7, 2025 – 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM

For the XTRA Tours and XTRA Evenings:

🛵 Always 30 minutes before the respective departure time!

If time allows, you can also check in for the main days during this time.
